Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef
- 1 liter of water
- 50 grams of sun,soak cold water and drain
- 50 gram of short sprouts,washed
- 150 grams of soy fritters
- 3 cm ginger,crushed
- 2 cm galangal,crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
softened seasoning:
- 7 red onions
- 5cloves garlic
- 3 cm turmeric,fuel
- 5 grains hazelnut sangria
- 1/2 tablespoons pepper
Complement:
- sliced scallions,sliced celery,fried onions and crackers
Sambal soto:
- 150 grams of peanuts,fried and purre.
- seasoning smoothed: 7 pieces of red cayenne pepper,3 red onions,2 cloves of garlic,1/2 tablespoons salt,1 tablespoons brown sugar slices,and 1 table spoons tamarind water.saute all ingredients with 2 tablespoons cooking oil,add water 200 ml up to be a thick sauce,remove froom heat.
How To Make:
- boil the meat along the water until half cooked,add the the reduced water when warm water,until the water remains one liter.
- heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil,saute ground spices until fragrant,put into the broth,add the ginger,lemongrass,galangal and soy sauce,and cook until the meat is tender and the flavour mingle,remove the bacon and cut in to pieces.
- presentation:prepare a bowl,fill with sun,short sprouts,pour the broth.sprinkle with chopped green onion,celery,fried soy,chili soup,and crackers.
- serve warm with rice cake or rice.
